Solar power not happening in Goa, power minister trying to fool people on power line: NGO

What is the fate of Goa when it comes to Coal? Confusion. Amd allegations and counter allegations. On Friday, NGO Goyant Kollso Naka refuted Power Minister Nilesh Cabral’s statement on the necessity of the 400kVA power line through Mollem National Park. They said that Nilesh's statements are wrong. And he is trying to fool the people.



On Friday, NGO, Goyant Kollso Naka questioned about the status of the Solar policy in the state. He said that the central government had already approved the policy and has begun the solar policy across the country. However, in Goa it is lacking, the NGO alleged. The NGO also demanded a white paper on the proposed coal transportation and the need for doubling of the railway tracks.
