CURCA PANCHAYAT YET TO HOIST INDIAN FLAG

While the Prime minister has urged all citizens to hoist the Indian tricolor outside their house and the chief minister further pushing the initiative in Goa, Curca panchayat seems to have turned a deaf ear as the panchayat’s flag post was seen without a flag on day 2 of the ‘har ghar tiranga’ initiative.
