Water crisis in Merces, angry residents gherao PWD officials

On Monday locals gheraoed Assistant engineer of Public works department over the issue. 

They have threatened to agitate if they do not get regular water supply.

They say even if the water is supplied it is supplied at odd hours and hence people have to spend sleepless nights waiting for water.
