Vasco toilets stink, says locals

They say that this toilet is neglected and has no water, power and the door and fixtures are dilapidated.

Also, the toilet is not illuminated.

The residents say that the public toilet facility in their area which is being used by families from the area for several years.

Locals say that this waste has caused stagnation of water creating foul smell and has also become a breeding place for Mosquitoes.

MMC Chief Officers Agnelo Fernandes has assured that they would clean the toilet and maintain them.

He also assured that he will conduct the meeting with the officials of the Sulabh Sauchalaya and direct them to repair and maintain all toilets in Mormugao.
