Prasad leads morcha against power failures

The Sanguekars lost their cool over frequent power cuts. On Thursday, Sanguem villagers marched to Electricity Sub-Division at and gheraoed the engineer. They were led local MLA Prasad Gaonkar.

Housewives are fed up of frequent power cuts. The department quickly cuts the power connection if bill is not paid in time.

But there is no similar efficiency in providing uninterrupted power supply, alleges Sangita Narvekar.
