People walk kms to fetch water in Dy CMs Quepem

Government is still boasting about getting an award from the centre for providing 100% drinking water tap connectivity in house holds. But the rural areas of Goa shows a different picture. In deputy chief minister's Chandrakant Babu Kavlekar Quepem constituency's Barcem village people have to walk a kilometre to bring water from a small spring to fulfill their daily needs. Yes, there are taps installed by PWD in village but all are dry since installation. Watch our story.
