Mapusa-Siolim road has become a garbage dumping site

Mapusa-Siolim bypass road has become a garbage dumping ground. The area falls in the Siolim constituency represented by Water Resources Minister Vinoda Palyekar. He must be often passing by that area but the dump bigger and bigger.

Besides the area being part of a minister’s constituency, the area is not too far from urban Development Minister Francis D’Souza’s residence.

The garbage is spread over such a large area nobody not even a visually impaired person will miss it.
