Management was harasing workers: Union leaders

Management and Union friction happens many a time. In this case a dispute has arisen between the Union and Management of a Paint factory. The union has alleged that the management was harassing the workers and trampling on their human rights.

The union made all these demands to the government as well as the managements. 

It also said that while the workmen would not disrupt the functioning of the factory, they would not cooperate with it as usual and their agitation would continue till the demands were fulfilled.
