Locals oppose hotel project at Kesarval spring, submit memo to GTDC

Locals are set on their opposition to the proposed hotel project near Kesarval Spring. Hardening their stand they say that they ready to go to court against the project.
Kesarval locals have handed over a memorandum to GTDC opposing the hotel project.
Locals say that the land was handed over to the government to beautify.
But this land was later handed over to the Goa Tourism
Development Corporation to construct a hotel.
