FACILITIES FOR LOCAL FISHERMEN

Fishermen from Colva area alleged that the Government is not providing any facilities for local fishermen. They also requested that that if the government cannot provide basic facilities, they should at least not break their sheds.

The Colva –Benaulim belt were originally sleepy fishing villages, which have now become famous as a tourist spot. But local fishermen from this area allege that they do not get the benefit of government schemes. Listen what these local fishermen have to say.
