Cutbona toilets are a sight to behold

The Sulabh toilets at the Cutbona jetty are in pathetic shape. The sewage is being let out on the areas around the toilet freely and flows into the river.
Goa is supposed to be defecation free.
However, even as the government inaugurates toilets costing crores, it cannot ensure basic maintenance of toilets around the state.
