Colva, Benaulim fisher folks to be allowed to sit inside Margao's wholesale market

Even though they had been sitting there for years but recently  they had been asked not to carry out their business from there.

 Colva and Benaulim traditional fisher folks  along with Benaulim MLA Churchill Alemao met SGPDA Chairman Wilfred D'Sa at his residence in Nuvem on the issue of they  not being allowed to sit inside the wholesale fish market in Margao.

They claim they have been sitting inside the market for generations. The SGPDA chairman has assured them of considering their  request favourably by Friday evening.
