Cabral blames GSIDC for Curchorem Ravindra Bhavan work delay

The extension work of Ravindra Bhavan in Curchorem has come to a standstill. The contractor he is not being paid on time.
The issue has put Local MLA Nilesh Cabral in a fix who admits that delay in work would definitely result in missing the deadline of December 2019, which is crucial of him.
This project that began in 2015 is being put on a halt reportedly due to non-payment.
Disappointment with the pace of the project Nilesh Cabral admitted that the project will miss its December 2019 deadline.
