150 Mopa truck owners strike work, say contractor paying them pittance

One hundred and fifty trucks working for Mopa airport struck work on Wednesday, alleging that they were being paid very less wages, even though the airport reconnaissance is paying the contractor a reasonable sum. They make startling claims of where the majority of the amount goes.

The truck owners  blame the contractor for this disparity among what the company pays and what they actually get. They also allege that the local MLA is part of the racket. The Mopa greenfield airport work is going on in full swing with the first phase of the airport supposed to start by 2022.
