Yet another attempt to solve Sonsoddo garbage mess

And there still seems to be no solution to the problem. Meetings and plans and promises were a norm for more than a decade.

However, the Congress has a different take on this. Curtorim MLA Alex Reginald Lourenco alleged that after spending 15 crore rupees, Sonsoddo garbage dump has grown in size.

He says Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai took a U-turn when he said recently that even after completion of a year the problem of Sonsoddo garbage will not be solved.

Reginaldo said Vijai had told Fomento in November 2017 to come up with solution within two weeks but the problem remains. He also alleged that Fomento was given a one-sided agreement.
