PM Modi addresses 101st Mann Ki Baat; pays tribute to Veer Savarkar

Sunday's edition took place on a day when the inauguration of the new Parliament building took place. PM Modi paid tribute to right-wing ideologue Vinayak Damodar ‘Veer’ Savarkar, and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister NT Rama Rao, on their birth anniversaries

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also spoke of this trip to Japan, remembering his visit to Hiroshima as one of deep learning. Prime Minister Modi further went on to talk of India’s immense historical collections in its museums and various memorial which remind us of the sacrifices made by our forefathers.
