Vijai promises red-carpet welcome to non-resident Goans

Goa Forward party president and TCP Minister Vijai Sardesai has promised a red-carpet welcome to Goans to set up a business or start any venture when they come back to Goa.
Vijai was in Dubai recently to launch a new organisation called Goans Connecting Goans. A number of Goans living and working in Dubai attended the function.
Dubai is one of the seven emirates comprising the United Arab Emirates and has a sizeable population of Goans.
