PWD fills potholes using cold mix method in Vasco after cement washed out

 However, the cement has washed off in few days leaving the roads in worse condition than before. Now PWD is using cold mix method to fill up the potholes after cement was washed out in Vasco. Here are the details.  

 The PWD on Saturday carried out immediate works on filling of potholes, especially in Vaddem. PWD highway officer Vincent D'Souza said that works be taken up on an emergency basis.

Since cement was washed out the PWD department started using cold mix method that should last longer. D'Souza said that potholes along most of the highway roads would be filled.
