Election commissioner visit Goa

Election Commissioner of India, Ashok Lavasa on Friday reviewed the quality and health of electoral roll, preparedness for Special Summary Revision 2020 and progress of the Elector Verification Programme during his brief visit to the state.

Goa Chief Electoral Officer Kunal; Collector North, and South R Menaka and Ajit Roy and other officials participated in the review meeting.

Lavasa also presented Elector Verification Programme “Verification Certificates” to Frederika Jose Menezes, Fulrani S. Kinlekar, Bachi Devi Yadav, Ramchandra P Chavan, Ruthik Narvekar, Kumari Asha Harijan.

CEO made a presentation on progress of current status of Electoral Roll, Plan and Preparedness status of Special Summary Revision and Elector Verification Program.
