We need to get prepared to face foreign universities: Dempo

Chairman of Dempo Group of Companies Shrinivas Dempo said that one day or the other foreign universities will be allowed to set its shop in India. He said therefore we should all come together and decide what is the next step for us, how our students will be employed and how our students will be able to compete.



Shrinivas  was on  Wednesday   felicitated by the Principals' Forum  for being elected  as a trustee of Carnegie Mellon University. Shrinivas joins the 45-person trustee panel.

He is a 1995 MBA graduate of the Tepper School of Business of the university. The 120 years old Carnegie Mellon University ranks 40th in the world. It was the first university to introduce robotics and computer science.
