We have to set up libraries in villages too: Govind

Govind also advocated setting up of libraries in villages. As of today libraries are concentrated in cities.

National Librarians’ Day was celebrated in Goa on Thursday.

The day is observed as the birthday of father of library movement R S R Ranganathan.

Art and Culture Minister Govind Gaude addressed the gathering at the function organised at Krishnadas Shama state central library at Patto.
