Go to get very heavy rain, gusty winds from 11th June

Southwest Monsoon is likely to strengthen further over the west coast of India; including Goa from 11th June. Extremely heavy rainfall is likely at isolated places during the period from 12th June onwards with winds of speed of around 40kmph.

The increased rainfall activity is likely to continue for about a week from 11th June. With increased rainfall activity to continue, the areas vulnerable for landslide, flooding may be kept under monitoring and necessary precautions may be taken.
