Chief Electoral Officer Kunal said explaining new election plan.

 Party should declare their criminal record of their candidate and also putting up a party poster on public places would be considered a serious offence, Chief Electoral Officer Kunal said explaining new election plan.

Due to covid-19 pandemic the number of polling booths has been increased 1722. Average voters per polling booth will be around 640. People who have not been registered as voter can enrol their names in electoral roll till 18^th January. Those found having fever at polling booths would be allowed to vote wearing PPE kits, CEO Kunal said. 

28 January is the last date to file nomination, scrutiny of the nomination would take place on 29th January and 30^th January is last date to withdraw nominations.
