20% of seats in the new India international university of legal education and research at Sancoale will be reserved for Goan students. This is as per the MoU with the state government. This international is being set up in Goa by the Bar council of India.

The university will also be collaborating with other top institutes, not only in India but the institutes from the world over such as Harvard and oxford.

The university is aimed at making accomplished advocates and judges by providing faculties from top institutes from around the world along with the ability to pursue dual degrees, Manan Kumar Mishra, Chairman of Bar council of India said.

 The new institute will reserve 20% of seats for Goan student as part of the MoU signed with the government of Goa. Admission however will be done through an entrance test which will be held in sometime next month.
