Vasco: Rs 79,000 tabacco transported in vegetable truck

Police have seized tobacco worth 79000 rupees in Vasco. The Gutka was stored in 3 gunny bags and was loaded in a vegetable truck.
Vasco police arrested 47-year-old Mohammed Rafiq Pathan, the native of Haveri Karnataka. He was caught red-handed while illegally transporting the Gutkha.
Pathan has been arrested under section 87-F of Goa Public Health Act 2005.
