The accused were arrested within two hours by Old Goa police after the FIR was registered.

The incident took place on Sunday. According to Old Goa police a fight took place outside the victim Vishwamber Shirvaikar's bar.

He intervened and stopped the fight. The accused left but came back with reinforcements and attacked Shirvaikar. They also vandalised his restaurant.

All the accused Anar Vagmude, Chetan Vagmude, Vinayak Vagmude and Gaurish Fatarpekar werearrested.

ह्या अपहरणाची म्हायती मेळटकच ओल्ड गोवा पुलिसांनी बेगोबेग कारवाय करत शिरवयकाराक सोडयलो आनी अनार वाघमुडे, चेतन वाघमुडे, विनायक वाघमुडे, गिरीश फातर्पेकार ह्या आरोप्यांक ताब्यांत घेतले. पुलीस फुडलो तपास करतात.
