Ponda Police arrest 33 year old Abdul Karim Khan  from Nagamasjid Ponda Curti and basically from Haveri Karnataka for raping a 11 year old girl. Police register offence against the accuse U/S  376, 506(2), Section 5 of POCSO Act and under section 8 of Goa children act.
