It seems like the drug mafia has begun roping in minors to supply narcotics. Margao police today arrested a minor boy with Rs 58,000 worth ganja. But since the law does not allow a case to be filed against minors,

 the boy will go scott – free. This shift in the tactics being used by the king-pins, could prove to be a problem for police as they try to crack down on and keep the growing drug issue under control. Here’s more from our reporter Ramesh Naik Raut.
