Goa is currently witnessing heavy influx of tourists both domestic as well as the international ones.



From music events to late night parties, it’s the season for all. Over the past few days were have been reporting drug seizures at various places and now Narcotics Control Bureau confirms that drugs across the country was indeed being supplied to the state. As Goa turns in narco-paradise, Goa’s dark reality comes to the forefront.

March 25 Liquid LSD from a British National worth 23 Lakhs

July 22nd Vasco Police 1 Kg on Ganja

Aug 16 madgao 50 gms Ganja

Oct 29 Vasco Police 38 gms of Ganja another youth

Nov 3 Vasco Police 158 gms Ganja from students

Nov 13 Verna Police 565 gms Ganja

Nov 18 Madgao Police 103 Ganja

Dec 11 64 gms Liquid LSD 2 German nationals

In the wake of these seizures, nation’s top watchdog on Narcotics has made a big revelation. It has claimed major seizures across country were meant to reach Goa. This confirming the dark truth that exists but someone all this while is looking the other way.

Several MLAs in Goa mostly from the coastal areas have raised their voice against the increasing drug abuse and late night parties. Deputy speaker and Calangute MLA Michael Lobo had earlier alleged that there exists a nexus between the Police and the drug lords in the state.

Mandrem MLA Dayanand Sopte had also alleged that late night parties are happening in the northernmost belt of Pedne with huge business of narcotics drugs involved.
