Alleged Calangute gangrape victim denies being raped || ENGLISH || GOA365

In a twist to the gangrape case reported back in February on the 16th at various locations at Calangute, has turned out to be a false allegation. The victim, in a statement to the magistrate, stated that she was never raped or harmed.

According to the victim’s sister as well as the state-appointed doctors the victim has been suffering from Psychiatric issues. North Goa SP Nidhin Valsan gave further details.
