Clafacio calls for inquiry into 'missing' Housing Board land

He alleged that around 21,000 square metres has been diverted for construction of residential buildings.
Clafacio said more than one lakh square metre land was acquired by Goa Housing Board for a housing project in Panzorconi. At that time Cuncolkars opposed the project.
Clafacio says that the plot was subsequently bifurcated and survey numbers changed.
Clafacio alleged that all this happened during former urban development minister Joaquim Alemao’s tenure
He said a school hub should be constructed in the remaining one lakh square metres of land lying idle.
