Art and Culture Minister Govind Gaude said in order to live a happy life our ancestors have brought together folk dances, folk songs and folk music together and raised the status of our culture to a high pedestal.

Govind was addressing the gathering after inaugurating Lokotsav 2019 at Kala Academy on Friday.

Various dignitaries, including Art and Culture Director Daulat Havaldar , were present at the inauguration.
