Mhadei utsav held

Goa Governor Mridula Sinha said folk musical instruments not only entertain people but also tell about core values of people's lifestyle.

She was speaking during the opening of a three day Mhadei Mahotsav. Sinha inaugurated 1^st edition of Mhadei Mahostav at Thane in Sattari.
