Workers dragged away by a train at Sarzora

Six workers from Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh had a miraculous escape while laying power cable at Sarzora railway station. They were dragged away by a train along with cable. Four workers have been injured in this incident.



A power cable laying work is progress from Margao to Balli railway station. At Sarzora some workers were laying cables along the railway track.


However, they kept the end of cable in middle of railway track. A speeding train went over the cable and dragged the cable along with the workers.


Luckily, no major casualities were reported. Workers Bahdur Yadav, Hansiraj Kaul, Sharmila Yadav and Valoni Yadav suffered injuries.


Two were shifted to GMC, two in Hospicio and two were given discharge after primary treatment.
