Speeding car kills two pedestrians at Zuarinagar

In yet another tragic incident, two young boys were killed after a speeding car knocked them down near Bits Pilani college in Zuari Nagar on Monday morning. They were walking on the road when they were hit by the vehicle. The car driver has been arrested.

The deceased, Darshan Lamani and Sunil Rathod, were walking along the national highway near the Bits Pilani college, when the Karnataka-registered car knocked them down.

The impact was such that they were flung metres away and died on the spot.

Verna police have attached the car and have taken the driver into custody.
