Contract teachers back in protest mode for demands

The contractor teachers under Samgra Siksha Abhiyan have re started their protest at Azad Maidan demanding regularization in services. They also want better financial terms.
The teachers are not satisfied with their salary hike and 12 months extension of contract. The protestor has earlier suspended their agitation so they can speak to Chief Minister after Diwali to solve this issue.
Later, they had contacted the PA of Chief Minister, where Chief Minister informed them he would meet them in two days. Now, three days have passed there was no response for the Chief Minister. So the teachers have resumed their protest.
