Hanuman Jayanti celebrated

All the festivals in the state were under the influence of covid 19 pandemic for last 2 years. However, this year people celebrated all the festivals with great enthusiasm. On Saturday, Goan celebrated Hanuman Jayanti all over the state on Saturday. Hanuman was one of the greatest devotee of Lord Shri Ram.

Locals from Maruti Gad Mala, also celebrated Hanuman Jayanti on Saturday with great enthusiasm. On this occasion abhishek was performed of Hanuman idol and later the idol was put in the cradle. Devotees took the blessings and Mahaprasad.  The rituals will continoue followed by bhajan and procession of palki later in the evening.

Most of the events were performed under the influence of Covid for the last two years. But this year people showed their presence in large number for the celebration of Hanuman Jayanti at Baina, Vasco and took the blessings.
