Not we; BJP MLAs are trying to destabilise the Govt: Cong

The opposition Congress has thrown a bombshell on the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.

It says those who are trying to destabilize the government are neither the opposition nor the coalition partners.

They are their own BJP MLAs who are not happy with the present government led by Manohar Parrikar.

The Congress had its CLP meeting on Friday, a day after the BJP had its state executive meeting.

The BJP on Thursday had alleged that the Congress is trying to destabilize their coalition government.

In retaliation, opposition leader Babu Kavalekar said some unhappy BJP leaders were trying to destabilise the coalition government.

But he refrained from naming anyone.

Another issue, Congress highlighted was the steep hike in the electricity bills.

They attacked the BJP of making Goans suffer by burdening them financially.

Congress has claimed zero development in absence of the Chief Minister. “Files are not moving forward because there is no authority to take a decision.” Kavlekar alleged.

They also said speed limit put upon the national highways is wrong and that should be immediately withdrawn.
