Mickky for new party if UGDP goes with Congress

Former minister Mickky Pacheco will not join the United Goans Democratic Party if it aligns with Congress, BJP or any other like-minded party in the forthcoming elections.
Instead, he would form a new regional party.
Mickky is back from abroad. After having one press conference against his political rival and Nuvem Congress MLA Wilfred D’Sa, he talked to media once again on Sunday.
But this time it was against his plans to join the UGDP.
He has his own terms and conditions to join this Salcete-based regional party.
