GOVT INVITES BIDS FOR 4 MINING BLOCKS IN BICH, SANG

The state government issued advertisement for e-auctioning four mining leases to carry out mining activities for the first time after so many years. The auctioning will be done through MSTC e-commerce service, a Central government public sector undertaking as announced by the chief minister recently.

Three mining blocks in North Goa - Bicholim, Sirigao-Mayem and Monte de Sirigao — and one in South Goa — Kalay have been opened for e-auctioning.
