Vasco, Margao, Sankhli, Pedne not affected

Also small towns like Sankhali and Pedne.
Mainly because private buses were running in these areas.
And nothing else was closed, except the nationalised banks and central government establishment.
In Vasco, the market place, shops and offices were all open like a normal day. Private buses started from noon while Kadamba buses were operating as usual.
Panaji was hit only in terms of city buses where Kadamba buses were plying.
And only private from many areas did not enter the capital city. Markets were functioning as usual.
Sankhli was exactly opposite of Bicholim.
Practically everything was open and even bus service was running as usual, except buses coming from Valpoi and interior villages.
