Yusuf become first surrogate father in Goa

Surrogacy has become a boon for various single parents who cannot adopt baby due to restrictions of law. Many Indians have opted for surrogacy. Here's the story of Yousuf Khan who has become first single surrogate IVF father in Goa under supervision of Dr. Kedar Padte. Khan said he chose method surrogacy as Indian laws do not permit a single person to adopt a child.



Yusuf Khan is 35-year-old music teacher. He is based in Pune and settled in Dubai. He had dream of becoming a father.


However, law did not permit him to adopt a child. So he decided to become a surrogate father.


He made 11 attempts before this one to deliver a surrogate baby. Unfortunately they failed.


Then he came to Goa for 'in vitro fertilization' technique under supervision of Dr Kedar Phadte.


His 12th attempt was successful and was blessed with a surrogate baby boy, Kabir. The baby is 18 days old.
