Why teachers for community survey, Use MLAs, ward members & panchayat: AAP

 AAP conveyor Elvis Gomes has opposed to this and has also questioned to why teachers are being taken up for this survey, Instead he says the village panchayat ward members and others who are distributing and help the villagers in this situation can be used instead as they know the village and the locals too.
