Goa Dairy BOD issues no confidence notice to chairman

chairman of Goa Dairy Madhav Sahakari had issued suspension order to managing director Dr Navso Sawant for misappropriating funds of the society but the MD says he has not received the order.

Moreover, the MD says the chairman has no powers to suspend him. The chairman however insists he does have the power to suspend the MD pending an inquiry against him.

Chairman of Goa Dairy Madhav Sahakari says the MD could have approached a court to challenge his  suspension order. 

The managing director however says he has not received the suspension order and also contends that the chairman does not have the power to suspend him.
