From Kashmir to Kanyakumari; NCC Marks 75th Anniversary with Mega Cyclothon

The Directorate General National Cadet Cops under the Ministry of Defense is celebrating the 75th Anniversary of NCC by conducting a Mega Cyclothon from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. The 15-member team reached Goa on Thursday, starting their journey from the southernmost part of India.

The rally is being called “Mahila Shakti ka Abhedya Safar”, which aims to exhort the youth to carry forward the country’s narrative of progress. The rally began from Kanyakumari and is scheduled to cover 3232 kms in 32 cycling days to reach Kashmir. The epic cyclothon is part of the NCC’s ‘Platinum Jubilee Celebrations,’ a fitting tribute to the organization’s seven and a half decades of service to the nation.
