Road road opposite the Margao bus stand caves all of a sudden

People were shocked when suddenly a two and a half metre part of the road from Kadamba bus stand to old market Circle caved in in the middle of the afternoon.
However, luckily nobody was hurt, and eve luckier that it did not happen in the night.
Ironically the Sewerage Department had done work on same road a month back, laying pipes below the tar raising questions about the quality of work.
