Kala Bhavan Sancoale to be ready this year

The Kala Bhawan project at Sancoale will be made operational this year. According to Minister of Art & Culture Govind Gaude the government has to spend another 28 crore rupees to complete the project.

  The Kala Bhavan was constructed by Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation. The GSIDC will hand over the same to the Art and Culture Department.

The foundation stone for the Kala Bhawan Project in Sancoale was laid on 2^nd August 2008. The government has already  spent 20 odd crore rupees on the project. Gaude was speaking to journalists after inaugurating aart exhibition at Ravindra Bhavan in Vasco.
