Tree falls on a house in Siolim, causing severe damage

Luckily, there were no causalities but the house owner suffered a loss of three lakh rupees.

The house owner has appealed to the government for help at the earliest.

The incident occurred at around 4:30 in the morning.

The fallen mango  tree was very old.

The house belonged to Baburao Benaulikar, a family of five members including the owner lived in the house.

The family is shelterless place for their shelter as the house suffered extensive damage.

The fire and emergency service personnel rushed to the site when informed.

They cut the branches of  trees. The panchayat officials also visited the site.
