Road Safety week programmes held in Valpoi & Quepem

Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has appealed to the authorities to make a comprehensive plan to abolish the menace of traffic blocks in the Valpoi town.

Special programme was held in Valpoi as part of the state road safety week in presence of the local MLA and health Minister Vishwajit Rane. The transport authorities carried out a special awareness drive for the students during this programme.

The similar awareness programme was also held in Quepem in a unique way. The transport authorities held a rally with the help of students & distributed traffic rules booklets to the traffic rule violators.

They also distributed soft drinks as token of appreciation to the ones who followed traffic rules.
