Vinay is the new RS MP, Churchill votes for the BJP

22 for Tendulkar and 16 for Congress candidate Shantaram Naik.

And the news is that NCP’s sole MLA Churchill Alemao voted for the BJP.

It’s still not known whom he voted for at the Presidential election.

 Election for the Rajya Sabha MP started on Friday morning. By evening, the results were out.

After election, Tendulkar was greeted by Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar as well as others.

Each voter showed his or her ballot paper to the candidate’s representative.

Tendulkar confirmed that Churchill voted for him.
